WHY IS THE DVD TAKING SO LONG?
Making a feature documentary takes time and we want to make sure it's as awesome as it can possibly be. We didn't expect to have so much great footage, and the reality is it took longer than expected to sort through and craft a story. Too much awesome footage is a great problem to have though, right!?
We're also a small team who are all working daily with our editor towards a final edit, with the total run time getting closer to our target with each round of changes. This cut isn’t ready for viewing but we can guarantee that we are in regular contact with our editor and the film is taking shape. We're excited to offer updates when we can, however, we certainly wouldn't be comfortable releasing anything short of perfect.
We have big ambitions for the project so we’ve sought input from experienced documentary filmmakers who’ve offered incredible advice, which has also meant that the film has evolved for the better.
We want to thank you for your patience as this is a big project and we're solely focused on getting it right.
